Dyrham is a village in the Chippenham area of Wiltshire, England. The village is situated on the A4, approximately 4 miles (6.4 km) east of Chippenham and 8 miles (12.9 km) west of Calne. The village has a population of 1,076 (2011 census).
Dyrham is mentioned in the Domesday Book as having a population of 100. The name Dyrham means 'dirty hamlet' or 'dirty settlement'.
The village has a church, St. James', which dates from the 13th century. The village also has a primary school, Dyrham and Hinton CofE Primary School, which was built in 1856.
The village is home to Dyrham Park, a country house and gardens which are open to the public. Dyrham Park was built in 1611 and has been owned by the National Trust since 1944.
