Nolton is a small town in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is situated on the River Cleddau, and has a population of just over 1,000 people. The town is twinned with the town of Saint-Maurice-de-Gourdans in France.
Nolton is a historic town, and was first mentioned in the 12th century. It was originally a market town, and was granted a charter by King John in 1215. The town's market square is still in use today, and is home to a weekly market.
The town is also home to a number of historic buildings, including the Grade I listed St Mary's Church, which dates back to the 13th century. Nolton also has a number of pubs and restaurants, as well as a number of shops.
