Cross Hands is a small town in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is located on the A40 trunk road between Fishguard and Carmarthen. The town has a population of around 1,500 people.

The town is home to a number of businesses including a Co-operative supermarket, a petrol station, a post office and a number of small shops. There are also a number of pubs and restaurants in the town.

The town is located close to a number of tourist attractions including the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the Blue Lagoon water park and the Oakwood Theme Park.
