Pulloxhill is a small village located in Bedfordshire, England. It is situated in the Mid Bedfordshire district of the county, and is part of the civil parish of Pulloxhill with Flitton. The village has a population of just over 500 people, and is surrounded by rolling hills and lush green countryside.

The village has a long history, with evidence of human habitation dating back to the Iron Age. It was mentioned in the Domesday Book as ‘Pulocheshull’, and was then known as ‘Pulocheshull’ until the 19th century when it was changed to its current name.

The village is home to a number of historic buildings, including St. John’s Church which dates back to the 12th century. The church is Grade II listed and contains a number of interesting features such as an ancient font and stained glass windows. There are also several other listed buildings in the village, including The Old Rectory which dates back to the 17th century.

The village has a number of amenities including a post office, two pubs (The Red Lion and The White Horse), a village hall, and a primary school. There are also several local businesses in Pulloxhill including a bakery, butcher’s shop, hairdresser’s salon, and two garages.
